It's sad to say that the school year has ended. It's been a blast to be able to teach all your children. I've enjoyed every minute of them all. Our last day of Art Class was very fun! The 4/5 and 2/3 graders all made a kite. We were then able to go outside and try them out. Of course, the weather (wind) did not cooperate with us, but the kids ran as fast as they could and it worked out just great! The kids were very tired after this so they all got treated to ice cream. The Kindergarteners and 1st graders got to make Lava bottles on their last day of art. They were very excited to see the bubbles form. They also enjoyed an ice cream treat.
I hope your children have enjoyed their time in Art and have become creative kids. I wish you a fun and blessed summer vacation. See you all this fall for the new school year. Be prepared to be creative !!!
